The health, safety and wellbeing of our employees are fundamental to everything we do. As a manufacturing company with 33 production sites worldwide, preventing workplace accidents is our highest priority.

In 2025, our accident rate per 1,000 employees was 53% below the German industry average. The accident rate per 200,000 production hours improved to 1.38, and we recorded zero work-related fatalities.

We maintain high safety standards globally, supported by systematic training, regular audits and dedicated health & safety campaigns at every subsidiary.

For over 70 years, JOST has brought together people with diverse talents and cultural backgrounds. We believe this strength grows when we actively cultivate an inclusive working environment.

In 2025, the share of women in management level 1 below the Executive Board increased to 25.0%. The Supervisory Board maintained its 33% female representation. We have set a target to achieve 25% female representation in management levels 1 and 2 below the Executive Board by 2030.

No incidents of discrimination were reported in 2025.

Community Engagement

We believe that we as a company have a responsibility to participate in initiatives and support organizations that contribute to the development of a sustainable society. We want to build close and personal relationships with the communities and people our business depends on. Our sites decide at a local level how we can best strengthen our support to the local communities, as they understand their needs best.

In India, our Company organizes a series of social projects in Jamshedpur each year.
