From first contact to active supplier in five steps .

Identification & enquiry
Identification of potential suppliers and clarification of requirements.
Step 2 / 5
Initial evaluation
- Review of available supplier information and evaluation of submitted offers.
- Determination whether further evaluation measures (e.g. supplier self-assessment) are required.
Step 3 / 5
In-depth evaluation
Execution of the detailed supplier evaluations identified in the previous step.
Step 4 / 5
Suitability decision
Final assessment of suitability for business cooperation.
Step 5 / 5
Registration in the supplier portal
Following a positive suitability decision (“suited”), the supplier is admitted to the active vendor pool and granted access to the JOST supplier portal.
